AMT Group Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AMT Group’s services and website. By booking a service, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms are designed to clearly outline expectations, responsibilities, and limitations for both AMT Group and its clients. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with using our services.

2. About AMT Group

AMT Group is a professional service provider operating in Ireland. We specialise in:

  • Commercial cleaning services for offices and workplaces

  • Residential cleaning services

  • Recruitment and staffing services

We provide services to both individuals and businesses and aim to maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism across all operations.

3. Scope of Services

AMT Group provides services as agreed with each client. The scope of work will be confirmed before the service begins and may include:

  • Regular cleaning services

  • One-off or deep cleaning

  • End-of-tenancy cleaning

  • Office and workplace cleaning

  • Recruitment and candidate placement services

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or decline service requests at our discretion

  • Modify services based on operational needs

  • Update pricing or service offerings with reasonable notice

4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided are based on the information supplied by the client. If the actual condition or size of the property differs significantly, pricing may be adjusted.

  • Quotes are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise

  • Additional services or add-ons will be charged separately

  • Any changes to scope must be agreed in advance

5. Bookings and Scheduling

  • All bookings must be confirmed prior to service delivery

  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to operational factors

  • We aim to be punctual but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic or delays

Clients will be notified of any significant delays where possible.

6. Payments and Fees

  • Payment terms will be agreed prior to service delivery

  • Payment may be required in advance for certain services

  • Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services

  • We reserve the right to charge interest or late fees where applicable

For commercial clients, invoicing terms may be agreed separately.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations may result in a charge

  • No-shows or denied access may be charged in full

Repeated cancellations may result in termination of ongoing service agreements.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Secure valuables, fragile items, and sensitive belongings

  • Inform us of any hazards, risks, or special requirements

  • Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service quality and may result in additional charges.

9. Access, Keys, and Security

Where access is provided via keys, alarm codes, or instructions:

  • Clients are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date access details

  • AMT Group will take reasonable care in handling access information

  • Access details will only be shared with assigned team members

We are not liable for security issues arising from incorrect information or circumstances beyond our control.

 

10. Health and Safety

We prioritise the safety of both our team and clients.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if a property is deemed unsafe

  • Clients must inform us of any health risks, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions

  • Our team members will not undertake tasks that pose unreasonable risk

11. Liability and Damage

While we take every reasonable precaution when delivering services:

  • AMT Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided

  • Pre-existing damage must be reported before the service begins

Any claims for damage must:

  • Be reported within 24 hours

  • Include clear evidence such as photos

All claims are subject to review and may require assessment.

12. Insurance

AMT Group maintains appropriate insurance coverage. However:

  • Claims must follow proper reporting procedures

  • Coverage is subject to policy terms and conditions

13. Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-cleans

We aim to deliver high-quality results on every visit.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours

  • Where valid, we will arrange a re-clean

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case

14. Recruitment Services Terms

For recruitment services:

  • AMT Group acts as an intermediary between employer and candidate

  • We do not guarantee long-term performance or retention

  • Placement fees and guarantee periods are agreed separately

Clients are responsible for final hiring decisions.

15. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems

  • Distribute harmful or malicious content

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

16. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with AMT Group are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

17. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your data will be handled as outlined in that policy.

18. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services where:

  • Terms are breached

  • Payments are not made

  • Behaviour is abusive or inappropriate

  • Access or safety conditions are unsuitable

Clients may also terminate services in accordance with agreed notice periods.

AMT Group is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Illness or emergencies

  • Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated Terms

21. Governing Law
